George birge

Texas-born, Nashville-based songwriter Birge, inspired by a TikTok video from Erynn Chambers (Rynnstar), set out to prove that even the most cliché country themes could be transformed into meaningful songs. After seeing Chambers poke fun at the repetitive nature of country music, Birge wrote “Beer Beer, Truck Truck,” an upbeat anthem that goes beyond the usual tropes of beer, trucks, and girls. The song, which reflects a deeper emotional layer, is about longing for a loved one and hoping they’ll return, with lyrics like, “I’ll be here waiting on you, out here in the country.” Birge’s catchy and heartfelt track showcases his ability to elevate familiar themes into something more poignant and relatable.

TBD Niko moon

Priscilla and her band were gaining some momentum when they got a brutal blow, along with the rest of the world –the Covid-19 pandemic hit, and she was stuck on lockdown. She had been writing songs nonstop before March 2020, but she’d never quite thought about sharing them explicitly on social media until the pandemic hit. Having moved out of her apartment into a house shared by random Craigslist roommates, she needed something to fill the dreary days.

TikTok, while thoroughly driving pop culture in myriad ways, had not yet made inroads with a country fanbase: until Priscilla came along. When she started posting songs like “Thick Thighs” and “PMS” in the middle of lockdown, to continue to share her music with her fans, she would never have imagined that she would soon top the iTunes Country and All-Genre song charts.

The buzz around Warner Music Nashville country artist Redferrin is impossible to ignore as one of Nashville’s most unorthodox and innovative new singer/songwriters. His recent releases are full of adrenaline-pumping energy and rebellious swagger, providing just a sample of the kaleidoscopic musical textures he can create. With lyrics that serve as a manifesto for his take-it-or-leave-it style, Redferrin wants the new music to become a sonic mirror held up to today’s rural culture.

Born Blake Redferrin, the White House, Tennessee native spent his first 24 years on the pegs of a dirt bike, now harnessing that thrill-seeking spirit and relentless drive for a new kind of sound. He already boasts several successful cuts, including Florida Georgia Line’s hip-hop inspired “Countryside,” Nelly’s recent smash “Lil Bit,” and Dean Brody and The Reklaws’ “I Can’t Help Myself,” which showcased a knack for party starting, hitting No. 1 in Canada and setting a record for the most one-week radio spins in the nation’s history. Redferrin is set to release more new music this year as he continues chasing high-speed dreams with the throttle pinned and no kill switch.
